In 2024, I contributed to the development and implementation of La Table d’Alaïa, an exclusive private dining event held at the Paris flagship in collaboration with culinary collective We Are Ona. Designed for a selection of VICs and cultural guests, the experience offered an intimate and immersive journey blending haute cuisine, scenography, and the timeless aesthetic of the Maison. The seasonal menu was crafted by chef Jules de Saint Cyr, whose instinctive culinary approach echoed Alaïa’s values of discretion and craftsmanship. I supported the project from conception to execution, with a particular focus on the client experience: from invitation flows and guest curation to on-site hosting and post-event relationship follow-up — ensuring every touchpoint embodied the brand’s emotional and artistic standards.
