In 2025, I supported the development and coordination of La Table d’Alaïa × Sant Ambroeus, a private dining experience held inside the Alaïa flagship at Faubourg Saint-Honoré. This activation aimed to bring together the culinary heritage of Sant Ambroeus and the quiet sophistication of Alaïa, in an intimate setting reserved for the house’s most loyal clients and guests. The dinner was hosted within the boutique, transforming the space into a discreet hospitality environment where every detail — from the floral arrangements to the pacing of the service — was carefully orchestrated to reflect the aesthetic codes of both houses. I was involved from the early development stages to on-site execution, with a particular focus on the guest experience: pre-event communication, coordination with Sant Ambroeus teams, and on-site hosting — ensuring the evening unfolded as a seamless, elegant encounter between fashion and refined hospitality.
