In 2025, I contributed to the launch of Alaïa by Seklaoui, the fourth installment in Maison Alaïa’s Dialogues series. This limited-edition book, published by Mörel, offers an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at the creative process of the Maison, culminating with Pieter Mulier’s Winter Spring 25 show at the Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum in New York. I was involved in the management of the launch event at the Paris flagship store — overseeing guest experience, ensuring narrative alignment, and managing the VIC gifting, which included curated copies of the book delivered with bespoke packaging. Every detail was considered to reflect the emotional and visual identity of the publication, as well as Alaïa’s codes of intimacy, craft, and discretion. The book itself captures the long hours, silent rituals, and collaborative spirit behind each collection — becoming both a tribute and a documentary of the House’s present heritage.
